Jack joined Innovation Greater Manchester in January 2026, bringing to IGM significant experience in international strategic partnerships and facilitating foreign direct investment. Over the past five years, he has worked extensively with both the South and East Asian as well as the UK private and public sectors to build impactful, long-term collaborations with the Greater Manchester city region. His career has focused on helping international SMEs and corporates navigate the UK market, while managing key relationships central to UK–India and UK–China trade.

With a strong background in facilitating partnerships across Greater Manchester’s universities, public bodies, and private industry, Jack has created and supported initiatives spanning FDI, R&D, skills development, and Net Zero Innovation.

An alumnus of Alliance Manchester Business School University of Manchester and SOAS, University of London, Jack is passionate about strengthening Greater Manchester’s position as a global hub for innovation and expanding its international profile as a leading destination for investors.

In his role at Innovation Greater Manchester, Jack leads engagement with private and public sector partners, develops new international networks, and helps shape the public narrative of the Greater Manchester Innovation Ecosystem for both national and global audiences
